NORMATIVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of European Parliament and Council of 27th of April 2016 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46 / EC ( General Data Protection Regulation).

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING and STORAGE TIMES

We inform you that your personal data, collected during your registration on our site, freely given by you, are processed by the Data Controller with the purpose of managing your correct registration and being able to provide you with the Service you requested. Therefore we invite you to read carefully the terms and conditions of the service in order to proceed with a correct registration. The data collected during registration will be kept only for the time necessary to guarantee correct and complete feedback as well as for security purposes. With your express consent, your data will be processed in order to follow up on your request for subscription to our newsletter containing advertising and / or promotional material and to stay up to date on the latest news proposed by the Data Controller. We remind you that you will always have the possibility to withdraw your consent to such registration by clicking on the appropriate link in each newsletter.

OPTIONALITY OF PROVIDING DATA

The provision of your personal data is free, however failure to provide them will prevent us from responding to your request. If you decide to provide us with your data, we inform you that these will be processed by the staff authorized by the Data Controller.

SHARING, COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION OF DATA

Your data will not be disclosed but we inform you that they might be communicated to third parties who perform, on behalf of the Data Controller, specific services aimed at guaranteeing the correct pursuit of the aforementioned purposes. The data collected may be transferred or disclosed to other companies for activities strictly connected and instrumental to the operation of the service, such as the management of the computer system. The personal data provided by users who submit requests to send information material (brochures, information material, etc.) are used for the only purpose of carrying out the service or provision requested and are disclosed to third parties only if this is the case (companies that provide enveloping, labeling, shipping services). Outside of these cases, personal data will not be disclosed except for contractual or legal provisions, or unless specific consent is requested from the interested party. In this sense, personal data could be transmitted to third parties, but only and exclusively in the event that:
a) there is explicit consent to share data with third parties;
b) there is a need to share information with third parties in order to provide the requested service;
c) this is necessary to comply with requests from the Judicial or Public Security Authorities. No data deriving from the web service is disclosed.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

Finally, we remind you that, pursuant to articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of data concerning you, to obtain an indication of the origin and the purposes and methods of processing, updating, rectification, portability, integration of the data as well as the cancellation of data processed in violation of the law or if one of the reasons specified by article 17 of the GDPR exists. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the rights listed here have not been recognized or to take the appropriate judicial offices (Articles 77 and 79 GDPR). LAW AND JURISDICTION

The interpretation and execution of these conditions are governed by Italian law. The Court of belonging of the Data Controller will be exclusively competent for any dispute connected to these conditions. The Data Controller reserves the right to obtain urgent remedies at any Court, including abroad, to protect its interests and enforce its rights.
